Index Data API

Base path: /api/index Source: src/routes/indexData.route.ts All routes require isToken() with page-access scoping.

Each document follows the Index Data model — OI values, ask/bid prices, and price differences captured from the market data snapshot pipeline.

Non-admin users must have the corresponding index setting in their pageAccess array:
