Supporting order paths that converge on handlePlaceOrder

isDummyOrder is true, orders are stored in dummy collections instead of (or without) live broker placement, but the same strategy logic still runs.
handlePlaceOrder execution ruleshandlePlaceOrder. Key rules applied before broker placement:

| Market protection | Applied on MARKET orders from segment settings (callBuyMarketProtection, putSellMarketProtection, cash/futures equivalents) |
| LIMIT price | Must be a positive number; MARKET / SL-M orders omit price |
| Options ask guard | Rejects BUY if ask price is 0 (putCallAskPrice1 for CALL, callPutAskPrice1 for PUT) |
| Buy order limit | Enforced in handlePlaceOrder — counts all unsold BUYs (no date filter) before placing |
