Cash and futures settings fields

Cash segment — `cash` object

Field	Purpose
`tradingsymbol`	Equity symbol (e.g. RELIANCE)
`instrumentToken`	Zerodha token (auto-filled by backend)
`lotSize`	Order size unit
`isRecurringBuy`	Automated recurring purchase
`buyQuantity`	Quantity per buy
`buyDuration`	Seconds between buys
`buyOrderLimit`	Maximum automated orders
`buyOrderType` / `sellOrderType`	MARKET, LIMIT, etc.
`buyMarketProtection` / `sellMarketProtection`	Price protection %

Enable cash on the index via tradingModes.cash: true and set activeSegment: cash for dashboard view.

Enable via tradingModes.futures: true.

Only one activeSegment shows on the dashboard at a time. Switch segment in settings to change which order page appears for that index tab.
